Each Blissful Body Balance lasts 1 hour. 
What is Involved?
I love this complete combination of healing therapies that nurtures Body and Soul on three different levels.          
The Physical- a full body massage to release tension from muscles and joints, release stress from neck and shoulders and common areas we hold physical pain, or you can chose a specific area for me to work on.
The Energetic- after relaxing and releasing tension from the body, I then work on replenishing the energy flow of the auric body, using a unique energy realignment technique. 
The Vibrational- the final part of this blissful experience uses resonant Sound Waves from Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes & Tuning Forks to fine tune the harmonic self. This allows blockages to clear, balance and vitality is restored so you can continue to find bliss in your everyday lives.  
Lizzi is a qualified Remedial and Therapeutic Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Health Science.
